Event Guidelines;

  • Arrive early so you're ready to relax when we start promptly. Our regular attendees are settled on time and have asked that latecomers not disturb them. Thank you for accommodating their request.

  • 18+ only, no children or infants please.

  • Dress comfortably. Bring a blanket and/or wrap (depending on time of year) to stay warm and comfortable when relaxing. (A/C on in summer.) If you wish to lie down, bring a mat, pillow, etc.

  • Chairs provided or you may bring your own folding one. If you tend to fall asleep when lying down, please sit instead to not disturb yourself and others.

  • Attend often, the more consistently you experience our specialized sounds, the more beneficial they will be for you. Our regular attendees often tell us how well it's working for them.

  • By donation at the event, or by venmo @Gordon-Rosenberg-3 (x5411 if you need it). You may attend for free, but we accept donations from those who can help out. The space is provided to us, but we are not paid for our services. We appreciate your support!

  • You may email soundwellboise@gmail.com for more info.
