Important Announcement: The Garden City Chamber Room is not available the second week of September, so we won't be hosting our weekly Wednesday Sound Bath there. Instead, Debby and Gordon are giving you the option of an Online Sound Bath coming to you from our home studio. We will be on at our usual meeting time, 1 pm start on Wednesday, Sept. 11., at 3 sites on the web (see below). Perhaps you will want to do a Watch Party with friends. And it will be immediately archived for watching and hearing later.

Note: Due to the Chamber Room being unavailable this week, we have also shifted our usual 2nd Saturday event to the 1st Saturday in September only (7th). Our 4th Saturday event will be held on its usual date (28th). Please make note on your personal calendar. 

 

One big perk of this studio event is that besides all our traveling musical gear you see at the Chamber Room, it will also include our additional studio instruments that are just too big to leave home. These include our large hanging chimes (up to 5-feet and 50 pounds) and our pair of huge crystal singing bowls (22-inch diameter, 45 pounds each). Very unique tones you don't usually get to hear in person!

 

Some of you may remember back in 2020 (though most of us might like to forget), when due to the lockdown at the libraries and all, we brought you our weekly Sound Bath online from our studio. So we're well practiced at it. Those sound events are still available to see and hear at our archive. We are actually planning to take off this coming December and January from live events, due to weather and illness seasons. To give you an opportunity to stay current with our sound meditations for these 2 months, we will once more go online regularly until starting up live again at the Chamber Room in February. So this will give you an opportunity to experience that now.

To participate, just select the latest post at either site for this 'live' event. No need to sign up  or do zoom or chat or anything. Just hit play when you're ready in real time or after 1 pm (it will start at the beginning). Then. relax and enjoy our sounds just like you do Live at the Library. After this week away, we will see you again in the Chamber Room next time (Wednesday, Sept. 18) and going forward, until December.
